Steps to solve the 70 Set not Allowed
Step 1. Download Oxycube from the link here, Install it on your PC/Laptop after you have successfully Downloaded it.
Step 2. Connect your Phone to your PC using bluetooth or data cable in PC Suite Mode, Then Open Oxycube Software.
Step 3. Now in Oxycube, Goto Phone memory 'C' in there you will find a folder named 'omadm'.
Step 4. In the omadm folder there are 70 folders named 1 to 70.
Step 5. Delete some or all the Folder and you are Done!.
Well you are done, congratulation! you can now save new configuration settings and enjoy GPRS internet on your mobile phone.
