Today's tutorial is going to be on how to connect your nokia phone to your PC, we have lots of people asking us to write the tutorial, here we go... You can also use this tutorial to do other actions on your phone, like calling, sending sms. Etc. All this can be remotely performed on your PC.

Before we get started, you need a Nokia USB cable for your phone type and a Nokia software, called Nokia PC Suite.
This Nokia software stands as a medium between your Phone and PC.

After downloading the nokia pc suite, the next step is to start installing it on your PC.
STEP 1 Double click on the icon representing the downloaded software, as the installation begins,
STEP 2 then Start clicking Next and other actions as the installation wizard will prompts you.
STEP 3 At the final stage, it will prompt you to plug your phone to the PC using the USB cord for final installation.
Then insert the USB cord first end into its port on phone and insert the USB end to the USB port of your PC.
Now click on Next or as shown on your PC.
STEP 4 We are almost done, After the installation wizard close. Restart your system.
STEP 5 launch your Nokia PC Suite. The system will automatically detects your phone made/type, immediately your phone will be connected to your PC.
Now, you can start making use of the icons/tabs on your nokia pc suite window, the details of each icon is displayed at the base of the window as you moves your mouse over each icon.
STEP 6 To connect your Nokia Phone To the internet, click on the third top icon (connect to internet)
STEP 7 Click on settings/configure
STEP 8 Now Select your modem name, click on Next
STEP 9 Select your network operator from the lists, click finish. Yeah! You doing great.
STEP 10 Then click on the CONNECT tab, you will be connected to the internet.
Did everything go well? Fine. From now you can open your browser and access any site, provided that you have subscribed to your network provider. And you are now using your phone as a modem! If you encounter any problems, drop them here and we will be glad to answer them all.
