I have taken out time to write a simple tutorial on how to reset your Sony Ericsson code to Default.

Step by Step guide on how to use a software called XS++V3.1 to reset your phone lock security code.

STEPS:
Step 1. Use XS++V3.1 software with DCU60 cable that come with the phone.

Switch off your phone, Run XS++.exe on your PC after downloading. To download, you can goto any of the free downloading site, 4shared.com, getjar.com to download the software.
Step 2. Open XS++.exe and click on "Connect" hold down the "C" button on your phone and insert the USB cable attached to your phone to the PC.

Step 3. some information about your phone will be displayed, when it's connected to the PC, click or tick on "GDFS" at the button, then click "PHONE LOCK", and reset it to "0000"
Step 4. Click settings at the button and disconnect it.
Step 5. Unplug the USB cable from the PC, remove your phone battery and after some few second re-insert it again.

Now Finally, switch on your phone and see the security of your phone lock code set to "0000" Now goto the settings and change it to whatever code that is hard for other people to remember but simple for you .
